Petit Verum Rosado chainti gingery flavours with caramelized pearTASTING NOTE Pale colored ros wine. On the nose we find subtle hints of strawberry and other red and pink fruits with good intensity. In the mouth it is fresh, expressive, with good acidity and good persistence, returning memories of flowers and red fruit. ELABORATION Selected grape, temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. RECOMMENDATIONS Optimum temperature between 6C and 8C. For better conservation, store in suitable conditions
