Mitchell Museum Sevenhill Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 henschke hand plunged 3 times dailyOpaque dark red black colour with a very dark red hue. Lifted aromas of ripe blackcurrants and dark cherry merge followed by some liquorice, mint and light smoky cedar. Light to medium weight with a lean mouthfeel, flavours of dark cherries and blackcurrant move elegantly across the palate followed by some smoky cedar and spice. Soft very fine grained well integrated tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, blackcurrants, leather and spice.
